FAQs

Do you do "hourly" Computer Repair/Networking/IT Work?

Typically, we require a client to be a fully managed IT client so that we can ensure we're staffed appropriately to respond to our managed clients in a timely manner. Our goal is to get each and every client on a managed plan so we can protect their business, as well as, respond to maintenance and IT needs and staff appropriately to handle our workload. If you are not working with a vendor, we will sometimes help you out and then get you signed up on a managed plan later on.

Do you sell Residential internet (Homes, Townhouses, Apartments, Camps, etc.)

We only sell business internet. We do not sell internet for apartments, homes, or any residential circumstance unless we are providing internet for the entire apartment complex, RV Park, Trailer Park, or neighborhood.

Are managed services expensive?

The great thing about managed service plans is that your bill is the same every month. By being proactive and planning your technology VS just "putting out fires" it is usually more cost effective to go managed. We find it best to charge "per seat" and provide unlimited support for our managed clients. This ensures that the customer is receiving a fair price for our product and we are being compensated for our skills, time, and product fairly.
