2025: Year in Review for Coretechs!

There's a Elevation Worship/Chandler Moore song called "God I'm just Grateful" that has been on repeat for me during this holiday season. I'm so grateful for where our company is today, grateful for our team, and grateful for the clients that trust us for their IT support. I know that sounds cheesy, but I truly feel that every day!

It is also truly humbling to think about the last 23 years in IT. I began fixing PCs at 16 for a local PC repair shop. As I worked various IT jobs; friends would always come to me for advice or want their networks setup at their office and they could not find anyone affordable, reliable, and fair. That side hustle became a full-time gig in 2020, grew with a merger in 2024, and today we’re a statewide team of amazing IT engineers serving all of Louisiana. We truly have some of the best IT folks in the state.

This year we welcomed a record number of new clients, added top-notch engineers (with 1-2 more joining soon), and even had to halt new projects at year-end so we didn't drop the ball for our clients.

New Clients always want to know why we're different. It's simple: integrity, fair pricing, and real care. We hire the best, pay them well, and treat every client like family. Almost every “lost” client was due to a merger or tough times—and they all left on great terms. I cannot ask for more than that!

Heading into 2026, we’re focused on even faster service, more direct access to our techs, and making everything even more personal for our clients. We will continue our best to provide "Cybersecurity Elevated, IT Simplified".
